Using a mix of PPC call-only ads, highly targeted geo-specific search campaigns, promotion of the local listing and brand awareness, we were able to significantly improve lead volume and in-store traffic. With user reviews being a huge part of competitive comparison, 42connect developed a plan to increase review volume to build social proof. Finally, while we can not perfectly measure in-store traffic, we did put in place several online signals to measure the impact of our efforts.
