They have offered a wide range of services for residential and commercial customers since 1985. Commercial customers include public water systems, environmental consultants, engineers, water treatment professionals, bottled water plants, well drillers, food producers, pharmaceutical companies, laboratories and home inspectors.

The Problem

For many years, National Testing Laboratories’ had two websites, separating B2C from B2B. They were struggling to figure out how to achieve their goal of increasing website sales. The company offers a wide variety of water testing solutions, and some of their services were getting lost in a poorly organized online environment. It is not rare to see companies with multiple web properties that fall within their brand’s umbrella, but Watercheck needed to have a consistent, unified branding to create effective communication for its multiple customers.

Our main goal was to support their services through seamless, clean, and simple design while keeping it informative and resourceful.

We created a new, modern website with better UX to help each customer find the right products for their specific needs. To accomplish this we consolidated the original site into one, eliminated repeated information from page to page and added key design elements to add more visual appeal.

Areas affected by natural disasters can suffer from chemical and microbiological contamination in their water. We implemented a paid search campaign utilizing geo-targeted ads to make sure Watercheck’s products reached the right people at the right time.
