42connect is seeking a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for creating new business opportunities and increasing company revenue. The person in this role will be a self-starter and will work with the Head of Business Development to grow our client base.

42connect is seeking a candidate who truly wants to have an impact on a business, and NOT be “just another employee.” After an initial onboarding period, this position will spend the majority of the workday out in the field, meeting with prospects and building relationships.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to the Head of Business Development
  • Assist sales in setting appointments and preparing for sales calls
  • Assist with prospecting new digital marketing clients
  • Acquire extensive knowledge of 42connect services and capabilities, specifically: Paid search, social advertising, programmatic, SEO and web development services
  • Work with the Head of Business Development to build a strategic business plan for growing 42connect’s revenue. This will include identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and improved organic growth from existing clients


  • 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing services or sales
  • Possess new business development and marketing experience skills
  • Customer experience focused and action-oriented
  • Ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing and willingness to keep up with the latest services
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Experience in CRM tools to manage customer contacts
  • Fast learner and self-motivated
